Of course, we hope you will always love our books and that they will get to you in good shape! When that doesn’t happen, here’s what to do:
Before returning it
Contact us.
Please talk directly with us. Don’t go to your credit card company, PayPal, or whatever other payment means you used. We can take care of the issue with less hassle for you anyway.
- Tell us what is wrong — whether you didn’t get your book(s) at all, it came damaged, or it did not meet your expectations.
- Depending on the book and the cost to ship it back to us, we may either refund your money or ask you to return it.
- If it comes to you damaged, we’ll ask whether you prefer a partial refund or a replacement.
- If you return a book, we expect that it will be packaged properly so that it comes back to us in the condition it left here. If it doesn’t, we may only give a partial refund, at our discretion.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will try to resolve any issues with as little inconvenience as possible.
